Customs

In accordance with the Decree implementing Regulation (EC) on transboundary movements of genetically modified organisms (Official Gazette of the RS 72/2005), the customs authority, due to the implementation of theRegulation (EC) No 1946/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 July 2003 on transboundary movements of genetically modified organisms, checks within the usual controls whether the genetically modified organisms are accompanied by all necessary documents determined in the Regulation 1946/2003/EC, and co-operates with other competent authorities in the supervision of the transboundary movement of genetically modified organisms determined with this regulation.
